Visas
Each Federation is responsible to obtain for their delegation the appropriate entry documentation.

Here www.belembassy.org you can find the list of all Belarusian missions.
It is strongly recommended that visa applications are lodged well in advance (at least 6 to 8 weeks) of your intended date of travel.

Information that is required, for all team members, in order to provide a letter of support are:
- full name
- date of birth
- passport number
- nationality
- position within the team (athlete, coach etc)
- arrival and departure details (if known)
- which Embassy/Consulate the visa application will be processed
Participants and guests of the UCI Track Cycling World Championships are free from paying for visa till the 1st to 28th of February 2013.
